This Privacy Policy explains how First Home App (the “App”), operated by RealtyProKit, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App and our website at firsthomeapp.realtyprokit.com (together, the “Service”). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the Service, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address so we can identify you and save your work to your account.
- Subscription and payment information. Memberships are purchased on our website and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your subscription status so we know what your account can access.
- Content you enter. Information you type into the App, such as your journey progress, calculator inputs, and worksheet entries, is stored so you can pick up where you left off and sync across devices.
- Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as log data and general device information.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service and save and sync your progress.
- To manage your account and your membership access.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To keep the Service secure and working properly.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed:
- Payment processing (Stripe), to handle your membership payment on our website.
- Sign-in / authentication, to verify your login securely.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account, and the App also includes an option to delete your account, which removes your profile and saved progress and cancels any active subscription.

- You can access and update your account information by signing in.
- You can delete your account from within the App, or by contacting us at info@realtyprokit.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will help.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
